3. Intellectual Property

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before disputing any charge with your credit card company. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.

6.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If resolution cannot be reached, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
