Argonix built a three-step automation system covering document collection, internal review, contract generation, payment collection, and HubSpot updates.

The new workflow allowed Dune Finance to select a client type, instantly send the correct document request, collect files through a guided upload process, review the application internally, send a branded contract, and collect payment immediately after signing.

This replaced a slow 7–10 day process with a cleaner, faster, and more professional client experience.
